If you are not satisfied with your new, unopened item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Please contact us via email at support@bytesafeguardit.com to obtain return authorization before sending any product back.

For returns involving incorrect or defective items due to an error on our part, ByteSafeGuard IT Solutions will cover the return shipping costs. If you prefer a replacement, we will send the correct item with upgraded shipping at no additional cost. Refunds are processed within 2-4 weeks, which includes time for shipping, return authorization, and processing. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Electronic Delivery Returns
For electronically delivered products, ByteSafeGuard IT Solutions will verify through the manufacturer that the product/license key has not been activated or tampered with. Once verification is complete, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Restocking Fees

  • Open License Orders: A 15% restocking fee may apply for orders submitted to distribution or fulfilled.
  • Retail Licenses: A 15% restocking fee may apply for fulfilled retail orders.
  • Anti-Virus Products: A 25% restocking fee may apply for fulfilled anti-virus orders.

Shipping
We ship to most destinations worldwide, though some products may have shipping restrictions. Shipping timeframes depend on the destination, shipping method, and the time of order placement. Most orders ship the same day.
